Throughout the entire process, you kept us informed every day about the progress and what we could expect next, which gave us great reassurance. Kevin, you have such a calm and reassuring manner, which made us feel completely at ease. I’m sure that same calm approach helped prospective buyers feel comfortable throughout the process as well. Johnny, you were brilliant on the day. Even though we didn’t reach our “magic figure”, you weren’t pushy. Instead, you helped us understand that we needed to be realistic about the market and the situation on the day. We really appreciated your honest and professional approach. Lindi, thank you for keeping us in the loop with all the paperwork and explaining what would happen next. Your support made what could have been an even more daunting process much easier for us. Selling our home after 26 years was a very emotional and daunting experience. Ultimately, though, we were able to make our own decision, and we are very happy that our home is going to be loved and enjoyed by its new owners just as much as we have loved it. Along with Kamal, comms were excellent with regular updates and results leaving no doubts.

Both Kamal and Lawrence answered any queries almost immediately with efficiency and courtesy. Even answered a text at 0700hrs with a return phonecall immediately!! Did what they said they would do ontime everytime. Thats all you can ask for....

A real go-getter who knows his stuff.

This was our first time selling a house. Lawrence is a real go-getter who knows his stuff. We found one of his letters in our mailbox which made our decision on who to go with an easy one. From the very first meeting, he was professional and came fully prepared with detailed insights on the market in our area, which gave us a lot of confidence moving forward. The whole process moved quickly from advertising to bringing interested buyers through, and while it felt like a bit of a whirlwind, we were extremely happy with the end result. Big shoutout to his team too (Admin, photography and the other agents involved). They are super professional, efficient and great to deal with. Would 100% recommend Lawrence to anyone looking to sell.

After 35 years at our house we decided it was time to move on.

We new from the beginning of our journey who would be selling our house that was Lawrence who had sold firstly my brothers home then my sisters homes. Both were so happy with his results. Lawrence the beginning listened was so professional, great communication and answered all questions as after 35 yesrs in our second home His whole team have been impressive, from taking the photos a magic man our open homes so smoothly they went . Out house was on the market 3 weeks !There was not a person who came down our busy street didn’t know our house was for sale , large signage. huge flag with Lawrence’s face on excellent marketing . Auction day was very nervous for us but it went like clockwork . $35000 over the reserve!! All we can say is what a great team, lucky you Lawrence thanks also goes to Kamal so calm, Johnny what a hell if a job you did. Thanks from the bottom of our hearts Wish you all the best for the future. Keep up the great work
