Who we are

This website is operated by Limitless Real Estate Limited (Licensed REAA 2008), 639 Great South Road, Manukau, Auckland. Lawrence Kenyon-Slade is a licensed salesperson and the company's director.

What we collect

When you request an appraisal or contact us we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, property address and any message. We also record the page you enquired from and the time of your enquiry.

How we use it

• To contact you about your enquiry and arrange an appraisal.
• To send you relevant market information if you ask for it. You can opt out at any time.
• To meet our obligations under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008 and anti-money laundering legislation when you become a client.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. It is shared only with the people and systems needed to respond to you, such as our administration team and our customer relationship system, and with third parties where the law requires it.

Storage and security

Your details are stored securely on systems with restricted access. We keep them only as long as needed for the purpose you gave them, or as the law requires.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Email lawrence@limitlessrealestate.co.nz.
